WORK PROCESS

OVERVIEW
✧ Following the artist's initial acceptance email of a client's request, the client must respond within 48 hours or their reserved commission slot will be dropped. The client will have to rerequest a commission using the form.
✧ After receiving full payment, the artist will start working and send the client a thumbnail (rough sketch of the pose/layout) of their commission via email for edits and approval.
✧ Once the thumbnail is approved, the artist will send a cleaner sketch for any edits and approval.
✧ After the sketch is approved, the artists will start working on lineart and colors.
✧ The next update (following the sketch) will be the final work. The client may ask for any minor edits if anything seems off!
EDITS AND REVISIONS
✧ After the commissioned sketch is sent for approval, please let the artist know if there’s any edits that you, the client, would like them to make.
✧ Minor edits can be done at any stage of the work process.
✧ Major edits may only be requested during the sketch stage. Once the sketch has been approved, any other requested major edits will incur an additional fee.
✧ Any mistakes made on the artist’s part will be fixed for free.
✧ Edit requests for a commission that has been complete for 30 days or more will be ignored.
DEADLINES
✧ Commissions will often be finished within 1 month of receiving full payment, unless a deadline was decided and specified by the client on the order form.
All deadlines, if any, must be put in the initial order form (under "Description of Request"). Deadlines requested after the initial order form will not be accepted.
✧ Deadlines will increase the commission price depending on how soon it is.
✧ The client may not request for the deadline to be within 72 hours of full payment.

✧ Refunds can be requested, but will vary based on the amount of work already done by the artist:
→ Prior to the sketch stage: 100% refund
→ After a sketch is accepted: 75% refund
→ After linework is done: 50% refund
✧ Once an artwork has reached the color stage, the client will not be issued a refund.
